Service terms
These terms apply to photography and video services ordered from Roxamo Visuals. More specific project terms may be agreed in the quotation or booking confirmation.

A booking is confirmed when the scope, price, time and location are accepted by email. Website packages and prices are starting points; the final scope is confirmed before production.
Prices and payment
Prices shown on the website include 25.5% VAT. Any travel or other additional costs are stated in advance. Payment is by invoice; the payment period and invoicing service are stated in the quotation or booking confirmation.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Please notify us of changes as soon as possible. Any costs already incurred and disclosed to the client are agreed case by case before invoicing. These terms do not limit a consumer’s statutory rights.
Weather, safety and permissions
Drone work is carried out only when weather, the location and airspace restrictions allow a safe flight. If these prevent production, we will agree a new date without a separate rescheduling fee. The client is responsible for permission from the property owner or occupier where required.
Delivery and changes
The delivery method, format and estimated schedule are agreed before production. Material is finished according to the wishes agreed together. Any substantial additional work and its price are agreed before it is carried out.
Usage and copyright
The client receives the agreed personal or commercial right to use the finished material. Copyright and moral rights remain with the creator unless otherwise agreed in writing. Raw material is not included unless separately agreed.
Portfolio and people
Client work is published in the Roxamo Visuals portfolio or marketing only with the client’s permission. The client arranges the consent of people appearing in a client-organised production where required.
