Data we process
We may process your name, email address, phone number, production location, preferred date, message content and details required for quotations, bookings, delivery and invoicing.
Purpose and legal basis
We use data to respond to enquiries, plan the service, prepare quotations, complete agreed work, deliver material, invoice and meet legal obligations. Processing is based on a contract or steps before a contract, a legal obligation or our legitimate interest in managing the client relationship.
Retention
Messages submitted through the website are stored in a protected administration view so that the enquiry can be handled. We keep data only for as long as needed to provide the service, manage the client relationship or meet legal requirements. Unnecessary enquiry data is deleted within a reasonable period.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed only in the email, website, file transfer and invoicing services needed to provide the service, under their own terms and privacy practices.
Website and visitor statistics
The website stores your language choice and a record of which pages have already been counted during the same browser session. We collect only daily page-level visit totals to improve the website. The tracking does not store names, email addresses, precise locations or persistent visitor identifiers, and it uses no marketing cookies. Information entered in a form is sent directly to Roxamo Visuals and processed only to respond to the enquiry and provide an agreed service. The technical hosting provider may process necessary logs for security and reliable operation.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data and object to processing. You may also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman. Send requests to contact@roxamovisuals.com.
